Case Management & Community Resources (CMCR) is the social service sector of Action Harvest, Inc. CMCR hosts the annual Community Day in Hunting Park Block Party, health faifs, college preparation counseling to High School juniors and seniors, Family Care & Parenting Education, Teen Pregnancy Counseling, Vocational and Life Skills Education and Job Placement Assisstance. CMCR also has a referral database for the following services:

- Social
- Economic
- Physical
